However, after waking into anjali brides for the first time- I found exactly what I was looking for. The staff are absolutely amazing, and an incredibly well run family business. Everyone is so friendly and really takes care of you making sure you are happy with everything and ensure you find exactly what you are looking for. After having problems with my original wedding outfit from India, they were super helpful in finding me one last minute and i could not have been happier. The outfits are 100% good quality, amazing designs and the shop itself is incredibly beautiful. My husband also purchased his outfit from anjali brides and we were both so satisfied and received so many compliments on our wedding day.100% recommend to everyone and amazing service all round!!

Only shop in the Asian market for Asian wear that I’ve come across to deliver reliability, exceptional customer service and excellent quality Asian wear. Anjali and her father as well the team at Anjali are top notch, who’s customer service are second to none - no pushy sales, they leave you to your own device so you never feel pressured. Having searched throughout Green Street, I cannot emphasise how much Anjali and her team were a dream to work with when it came to me and my fiancé’s wedding outfits.The customer service from the very moment we entered was so friendly, accommodating and attentive to our wishes. The team were so informative and helpful and thoughtful with our budgets in mind, and so open with any alterations we needed on the dress or sherwani. They gave us all the time we needed for fittings and sage advice on any changes we thought about and recommendations for jewellery to go with the outfits. Because of the team, we have our dream outfits for the big day and I know when it comes to other weddings in the family, they’ll be the only shop we’ll visit again!Cannot thank Anjali and her dream team to helping us with such an important decision for our big day. Visited the Anjali store for Saris for my wedding, the choice was brilliant and we had the lovely Urmi serving us - she help me pick 3 saris with her super speedy draping skills. She also helped my future mother in-law get her wedding and reception outfits sorted! Fantastic customer service, couldn't recommend enough - thank you Urmi :)

From the start, I've only ever received excellent service from Anjali, staff and family.They have made the whole process so much less stressful. Anjali service's has been without any reproach. Always getting back to me promptly, even though I wasn't expecting replies immediately early in the morning or late at night.Their shop is well organised, and products reliable - we ended up getting a few of the wedding outfits from her shop for ourselves and relatives.We really felt like they took personal responsibility for their involvement in our wedding preparations and were treated with respect.I would definitely recommend for anyone in London looking for professional, friendly, personal and efficient service. I spent a lot of time researching and visiting many shops looking for a bridal dress that looked good on me. I finally found the perfect outfit here and as a bonus my husband found his outfit too. I came back a few times as I was so indecisive but the staff were so patient and accommodating in helping me make my outfit absolutely perfect. I also picked here because many of the other outfits I saw when searching around just felt a lot cheaper and you could even tell visually, which is the last thing I wanted when all eyes are going to be on me

Anjali and her team are honestly the best business people. The whole team is so professional. They helped my husband with his sherwani, from matching his shawl, to picking the shoes and how to style everything. Her dad was so kind, he even gifted us the pocket scarf. My husband was a bit nervous because he is of different background but they made him feel so welcome and comfortable.When we had some issues, they solved it immediately.I honestly can't recommend their store enough and I do have difficulty believing the negative comments here.They are all about quality and customer service. As a women I am proud of Anjali and how well she is doing. Nothing but best wishes for her.

We bought my wedding outfit from Anjali's and were impressed by the exceptional service. The whole team are lovely and so helpful. We had a very short timeframe and they managed to work with their team in India to ensure the bespoke tailored sherwani was ready in time and fitted perfectly. Everyone thought it looked amazing on the day! We will definitely be coming back for future outfits!

My experience at Anjalis was far greater than I could’ve expected right from when I entered the store (without an appointment) and seen and treated like the only and most important customer (there were several other customers in store). My consultant Reekha was so lovely and attentive from the start and made me feel like an absolute princess which I was so appreciative of. I had gone to several other bridal stores earlier that day and none of their customer service even compared. I knew I had found my dress immediately after I tried the first one on and Reekha made the necessary adjustments/took the right measurements and placed my order, she was an absolute sweetheart. Anjali called and texted me directly with updates on my order and re: any adjustments and my dress arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. When I arrived for the fitting four months later, Reekha still remembered me and both her and Anjali were so lovely in making sure the fitting went well. I’m am so grateful and thankful to have had such a wonderful experience at Anjalis as it started my entire wedding planning experience on such a high note. I can’t recommend them enough :)
