Amazing birthday present! My Husband and I had a great time, lots of information and background into leading and stain glass window making. Jamal was very patient, helpful and accomedating. Excellent host, a very relaxed day. Couldn't be happier with the outcome of our workshop. Jamal is a master of his craft and for an extra unexpected treat - his wife's amazing mosaic work will blow your mind! Highly recommend.

Such a great day. This was my birthday present from my husband ... what do you buy for the woman who has everything? A day (with her daughter) learning some of the basics of this amazing craft.Jamal is skilled, passionate and so supportive as he takes you through the steps to make your own piece of leaded glass - highly recommended

Great Day. Jamal was a great tutor, really knew and was passionate about his craft. We came away feeling a real sense of achievement, having made a lovely piece and learned so much. The time flew. Really enjoyed our leading workshop from start to finish. Jamal was extremely patient, particularly as we were both novices. We started with an informative and fascinating introduction to stained glass making before embarking on our own designs from the given templates. Very proud of our work and has pride of place in our house!We now have a new-found respect for any stained glass artists! Thanks Jamal - Dan & Sarah

I was given a day at one of Jamal's leading workshops as a birthday gift and had a really wonderful time. Jamal's own skill as an artist and craftsman is absolutely first rate and some of the high-end commissions he has fulfilled are breathtaking. It is to his credit that he manages to simplify the essentials into a single day in which we learned enough about glass cutting and leading to walk away with our own finished piece. I'm now seriously tempted to follow up with one of his glass painting workshops one of these days. Most highly recommended!

I completed the four day glass painting course with Jamal. It was fabulous. Jamal was able to meet the individual needs of all three of us.I learnt so much, it was a great experience. Jamal is probably the best in the country in this area of glass workmanship.

I spent a fascinating day with Jamal and so enjoyed both learning a bit about his work and then making a small stained glass panel. He is so knowledgeable and very patient! The experience was part of my birthday treats and both myself and my husband worked together to make a Sunrise/ sunset window which now hangs proudly in our hallway.Totally recommend this experience. Thank you Jamal.

My sister and I did the 2 day course designing, painting and leading a-small glass panel. Jamal was patient, a great teacher and it was wonderful to hear about how he became a stained glass artist and see his many projects. We were delighted with our results.
