I have study and trained in the maritime industry to a high level and never thought I would be walking away with such a bountiful knowledge and confidence in a new skill set. The instructor was the best I've had for a short course. Narrated the practical elements with a perfect level of detail and gave instructions in a calm and collected manor. Would recommended to any of my peers or colleagues.

My son and I completed the Power boat level 2 course this weekend. Mark our instructor was fantastic, really personable and delivered the course at the right pace and detail level. A very professional operation and even though I've owned boats over the years, I learn loads of new tips, laws and great safety things to consider. My son really enjoyed the program and has asked if we can do the next stage of training. I don't often leave reviews, but I thought these guys really deserved it

My family and I have competed a number of powerboat-related courses with Noel and his team (both practical on the water and classroom-based). They have been fantastic throughout and have been particularly supportive of less confident family members. They are also very nice people. I highly recommend them.

We booked the RYA 2 powerboat course for 3 boys, and they had a splendid time. They gained confidence, said Noel was easy to talk to with an excellent teaching style, approachability and calmness. And, er, lastly, they loved the food they were given. Richard de Lisle

I have just completed my powerboat level 2 and the whole experience was amazing. The set up is really professional and the equipment (including their boats) are practically brand new. My instructor (Emily) was fantastic and I can’t thank her enough. She was extremely knowledgable and a great teacher - I’ll definitely be returning to continue my training.

I booked some time off work and had nothing planned to do. I always wanted to learn how to safely operate a power boat with a view of buying one in the future. I asked a friend who had done his level 2 power boat course with another company. I looked around and made the phone call and booked myself in. Our trainer for the 2 days was Emily she was very informative, Knowledgeable. The classrooms were very bright and comfortable though we never spent a lot of time inside. Out on the water most of the time practicing lots of different monoverse in tight spaces along with rescuing a man over board and parking. By the end of the course I feel more than comfortable to be able to out on the water by myself. I will defiantly be booking myself on to some of the other courses that they offer very soon. If I was asked to recommend a boat training company then Get Lost Powerboat Training Ltd would be most defiantly be the company.

What a great company! Two of us booked to do the PB2 course and the experience couldn’t have been better. The boats they use are top quality and the instructor, Ollie, was top notch. Super friendly and overall a great experience. Couldn’t fault it at all!

I attended a course last year and had a great experience, training was really informative and was really happy to recommend to others... HOWEVER, when I finished this course I paid for a navigational course and booked it in for a month or so later. This course was cancelled at very short notice BY THE COMPANY and I requested a refund as I wasn't sure when I'd be able to attend. I was persuaded to accept a credit to use in the future. I haven't used this due to being so busy and recently asked for a refund to be told I can't have one as its nearly a year since I paid for it, I reminded them that they cancelled the original course but again refused and just offered me to attend a future course. Really disappointed and therefore feel I cannot recommend these guys anymore which is a shame. A hundred odd pounds isn't going to break me but I feel this is very bad business practice. As a small business owner myself I would never hold money back from a customer for a service they didn't receive.
