Michael Offord Optometrist/Optician

Visited on Wednesday for an eye test after a negative experience with specsavers after being recommended by my girlfriend who is already registered here. My eye test was with Hannah who was lovely as well as helpful and professional. Called back the following Friday to select a couple of pairs of glasses. This time it was Vikki who helped me I think pretty girl with short hair and nice eyes explaining everything clearly. I would recommend them to anyone considering going this establishment.

Superb experience at this Optometrist, from reception staff to examination. Absolutely wonderful. Equipment used is first class, and an appointment re cataracts was made while I was there. Top marks to this practice. I would definitely recommend. Well done everyone.

Recently my bill has been reduced massively every month and I’m being offered even more than I was before!Would like to thank optician Alex Smith who regularly sees me. Always kind and helpful, really knows what she is talking about.The place recently had been updated with better seats, more modern interior and from what I can see better equipment.I have looked at other opticians in the past and all seem way to overpriced for what I get. Not one complaint about this place. Would highly recommend.

Micheal Offord was a recommendation from a friend and the service i have recieved from the staff and Mr Offord himself has been nothing less than first class. Can't praise them highly enough. Its a relief to be able to see properly for the first time in over a year.

I recently saw Michael Offord at the RVI Eye Hospital, I honestly don’t know what I would have done without him. He immediately put me at ease and knew exactly what was wrong with my eye. I am so glad Michael was in clinic that day as it turns out I had Uveitis which is a serious eye condition. Thankfully it can be treated. The two lovely ladies on reception were so kind and helpful too! I can’t recommend Michael and his team at the RVI highly enough. Thank you again for your kindness and expertise.

Alex was amazing and after my second visit she showed me the results of my eye scan. Straight forward and professional and made me feel at ease. My choice of glasses are perfect.
