We Rented a property with Ridley Properties this year for our final year at university and they have been absolutely fantastic. They have been very generous and understanding of student living and costs, excellent at communicating since day 1 and any problems that we had, they would send maintenance around on the same day!Would highly recommend.

We have loved living under Ridley Properties this year. The team are very professional, friendly and supportive and we've never had a communication issue. The property has been clean and well-looked after and the online portal is very easy to use. If we've ever had a problem or maintenance issue, it has been fixed so fast (normally within the day or day after). Would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with Ridley last year. They were really easy to communicate with and all repairs were quickly sorted with a lovely maintenance team, usually within 24hrs. They were also very generous and understanding of the cost of living prices. Would 100% recommend them.

Ridley properties is by far the best letting agency I have experienced. The house was lovely, and any queries were answered quickly. Also, when anything needed repairing they came the next day and solved it immediately. At the end of our tenancy they issued our full deposit back despite their being £100 worth of repairs which they waivered. Such a lovely agency !! I recommend !!

Ridley properties were good property providers, any information needed before the tenancy was provided quickly and any questions we had were answered. During our tenancy they had a good system for reporting any maintenance issues, however a phone number may be a good attribute to this service as sometimes the issues being reported needed immediate responses, apart from this, our tenancy with Ridley properties had no major issues to report and I would recommend to a friend in the future. Specifically, Mark Warner, was always happy to help and friendly in all correspondence .

My daughter is due to move into a Ridley Student Property in August. The communication prior to the tenancy starting has been excellent and refreshing to get responses to emails quickly with a real personal approach. They were helpful and accommodating when the girls wanted to add an additional tenant. This was extra work for Ridley Properties but they were happy to complete work to the property to help. We would definitely recommend based on our experience so far.
