I agree about the staff, some are very rude, swearing with other customers. You need to think about your management there as it’s the management the problem. Several times now with one particular individual who is part of the management.

I have lived in trumpington meadows for about 6 months and this Sainsbury's local store is quite convenient. It is open on Saturdays and Sundays after the local Waitrose close down. It does have free parking and it is located next to the school and very close to the park and the meadows. There is also an ATM in front in case you need cash

Lovely little handy shop with helpful staff. Sainsbury should try to stock up more healthy and organic stuffs rather than junk. Sugary and sweet stuff which spoil the health can give room for healthy and nutritious stuff like more vegetables and nuts and dry fruits . I found there is no Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Tomatoes, Raw Turmeric, cooking spinach, organic free range chicken, wild salmon etc. You need to run to Waitrose near by to get those. I hope the manager see this review and get these stuffs in local store. Thanks

I just visited the store last night some of the staff are helpful and polite but I didn't find the store manager very polite, last night I saw him throughing away alot of fresh bakery when my husband asked him for vanilla doughnuts he just got it out of the bin bag and gave it to him but my point is he could have reduced the price bit earlier rather then throughing all away at last he can make some profits. However i reslly like the store it's very useful to us.

Not exactly where the pin on the map is.. but close.Small shop, you can mainly get snacks and junk food here as well as drinks (one large corridor just for those).Has some fresh meats, salads and veg/fruit (barely the basics).It does have a gluten free selection but it is very limited and not very good. Also gluten-free bread is almost always out of stock and not restocked for ages (I counted up to two weeks) very inconvenient and annoying, when manager asked when it is being restocked always the answer is 'we have problems with the supplier at the moment'.Most of the stars on this review go to the staff. They always seem to be in a good mood, they look as if they work in a good team and their attitude is lovely, polite and incredibly helpful.

Convenient because its closeby, and the staff are alright. However the lack of variety and (expensive) prices is why I've only rated this store 3/5.

Great shop if you need just a quick snack or you are missing an ingredient for a meal, however it doesn't provide a particularly pleasant atmosphere as the staff seem rather rude and unapproachable. They often ignore you if you are standing by the till waiting to be served and will continue with meaningless chatter on the other side of the store. On the bright side the store didn't often move stock around, so it is usually fairly easy to locate the item that you were hoping to purchase.
