Purchased an Alfa Stelvio Veloce (amazing car) from Vince. The service provided by Vince has been excellent. Just came in to fix a broken key for my alfa. These guys were so much better than the dealership I used to buy my car. Super friendly, quick and went above and beyond.

Purchased a 2nd hand Giulia in May (70 plate, 12.5k miles), after 2 weeks engine light is on and they tell me is only a sensor error and that it is my fault (they think I m pushing both pedals together!). One more week and light is back on and engine enters limp mode. Finally, after opening a complain with Alfa customer service and taking the car to a different Alfa dealer, it turns out that there is oil in the intake filter and airflow meter and crankase breather need to be replaced. 3 weeks without my car, never been called back by their service department and never been offered any kind of compensation. Wish I could give 0 stars!

Had a warning light come on dashboard of my giulia. I phoned and although they are extremely busy the told me to bring next day and they would check it’s not something too serious. 45 mins and they had found issue and will book me in to repair. Even asked if I wanted cleaned!Fantastic service when really busy. It’s a weight of my mind and even more reason my next car will be an Alfa.

Always great service from Thames. Chris in the service department had great communication, kept me up to date and progress and even waited after closing time as I was stuck in traffic. Car serviced perfectly and clean too. Thanks team!
