Doesn’t even deserve a single star! Awful customer service. The manager in charge had a bad attitude and had the audacity to question his customers as to why they were asking for things like cutlery or ice cream which had been already ordered. I have never in my life come across such horrendous service. To add, the food was appalling - rubber crepes and a warm tasteless mocktail!

A fun place, in Hanley I think the only one where you can eat waffles and pancakes, but too sweet, but big portions.

Very low quality dessert.send me wrong order and didn't want to replace it and the person on the phone shows attitude instead of saying sorry.i would punch his face if he would be infront of me.don't waste your money guys

We got the Rocher and Bubblelicious sundaes which were good but the white chocolate cookie dough with a luscious scoop of salted caramel gelato really did steal the show and I must admit I kept stealing bits of it.

I was greeted by friendly staff who helped me choose from a vast array of delicious treats. The menu offered a variety of unique desserts that I had never tried before, including vegan and gluten-free options.Overall, I would highly recommend this My dessert to anyone who loves delicious desserts. The quality of food and service was exceptional, and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Just had a delivery. Of a chocolate brownie & American pancakes.The brownie is absolutely shocking at nearly 8 quid!! Custard freezing the most smallest piece of cake! U have got to be having a laugh at 17 quid altogether! Avoid!!! Not happy one bit!!!
