I can highly recomend this company and particularly Kate, who has been helpful over and above what I would expect! Answering emails out of hours, help with tracking, having to deal with supply issues that are obvioulsy impacting their normal next day supply offers. I judge a company on how it deals with little hick ups etc and how it trys to put right. Good on you Kate, your an assett to GDS thats for sure.

Ordered a new printerhead from them yesterday morning, it arrived this morning very well packaged. Great company with great service & Speedy delivery, i will definitely be using this company again.

Having scoured the web for a new canvas supplier and being stung quite badly by internet deals gone bad, I came across Graphic Design Supplies, I called at 09:20am this morning and by 1:00pm I had a roll of 42 Canvas ready to go. what lovely staff and incredibly friendly.It makes a change to deal with a company/staff that are actually interested in what their customers are doing rather than turning noses up at a small order

Excellent customer service from these guys. I wasn't sure about which wide format printer to purchase and Graphic Design Supplies were very quick to answer every question and give advice and support.After purchasing I was giving updates on the delivery and had the printer shipped across to Ireland in 3-4 days.Delighted with the Designjet Z6 printer and would definitely say Graphic Design Supplies offer a 5 star service.

Without a doubt, the after service care with this company is second to none. Without even having to ask, the acted upon a fault with my wide format printer, next thing I know I get a call from Canon, the SAME DAY they turned up and fixed it. Fair to say it was a fault of Canon, however, I just thought I would arrange for a repair, but GDS went more than just the extra mile. As I said, I never even asked for what they did, they just did it, I am so pleased with how this repair had been handled. Nice one GDS

I couldnt have asked for anything more professional and better.As a student just trying to save up on printing costs by purchasing an entry level printer, Kate, who assisted me in my purchase, helped me weigh on the differences between the plotters, whilst taking into careful consideration my needs and budget, and being absolutely professional and non pushy about it. Her emails came in promptly whenever I had queries about anything - spending a thousand quid on a plotter is a huge decision to make for a student trying to keep costs low.The plotter and paper came promptly and without delay, just in the nick of time for my submissions, saving me already a ton on printing costs, which would cover the overall cost of the machine in a little less than half a year.Do not hesitate to approach them. All I received from the other large plotter and design supplies companies were lousy quotes and lazy staff, unwilling to help and advise on the matter.I have not had a better buying experience than from GDS.
