I saw Kiri at On point two days ago after suffering for some time with digestive issues and anxiety. I felt soooo relaxed after the lymphatic massage... And that feeling lasted for at least 24 hours. I've not felt that relaxed in ages. She was also full of knowledge to support me in looking after my digestive health moving forward. Today I had the most marvellous treatment with Kiri. Kiri’s room is warm, comfortable and incredibly relaxing with candles, a gentle scent and tranquil music. I had lymphatic drainage, massage and a reflexology treatment. To take time out for myself is something I never do. I always put everyone before myself. This was an hour to myself where I completely switched off and relaxed. You can tell from the second you walk in the room, that Kiri is incredibly experienced and professional. I had an appointment with Kiri a couple of weeks ago for a lymphatic drainage massage and reflexology, I have never had a massage before and Kiri talked me through what would happen beforehand and put me totally at ease, she was very knowledgeable and recommended several herbal supplements that would be beneficial for me. The whole experience was relaxing and insightful. I have another appointment this week, the second of many. I'm looking forward to hearing what other things I can do to improve my health. I’ve booked a course of lymphatic drainage massage with Kiri following a tummy tuck. I’ve had two so far and after each I’ve felt a real improvement in the swelling. The treatment itself is very relaxing and I come away feeling calm and lighter. Kiri incorporates reflexology into each session which super charges the impact. Kiri offers great advice on what to do post treatment and shows you how to massage yourself between treatments in order to maximise results. She also recommended to me a supplement to help manage my menopausal symptoms, which had come back after having to stop HRT prior to my surgery, I have no hesitation in recommending Kiri.
