We had a viewing with Julie for a letting and she was the most gentle/helpful agent that we had on Carlisle.Unfortunately, we got accepted for another property that we applied earlier but she was so nice that we almost feel bad about it.I will definitely contact her when we decide to buy.Regards,Francisco & María

The sale of my house has just completed which was dealt with by Will of Hayward Tod. Their service impressed me and I thought he was spot on with his valuation. I liked their brochure and was very happy with their drone video. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and would use them again.

Please save yourself a lot of disappointment and stress and avoid renting a property from Hayward Tod.They will use your vulnerability to get you to secure a property, then when any problems arise they will not want to know.We rented a property that flooded twice in ten days, the landlords (Equorium Property Co) didn’t want to know, basically she couldn’t be bothered with the extra work it was apparently causing her.My Husband phoned Hayward Tod to tell them the property had flooded and spoke to Julie who gave him a fifteen minute lecture on how it was nothing to do with them. The manor in which she spoke to him was absolutely disgusting.We were constantly fobbed off, then they just stopped communicating with us altogether in hope that we would go away. We never received the compensation we were promised towards our damaged items and the extra electricity costs for drying out the property. We have never been treated so poorly and feel very very let down by Hayward Tod.It was our first time renting a property and it has certainly opened our eyes to the put up and shut up attitude, they show towards the family’s that rent from them. No empathy, no duty of care shown, it’s shameful.I just hope the next family who rent Causway House Cottage are made aware of the flood risk, even though this would be morally the right thing to do, I doubt this will happen, and another family will have to go through the stress of cleaning up flood water and damage to their personal possessions.And there certainly won’t be any compassion from either the landlords (Equorium Property) or Hayward Tod.

Recently moved and Hayward Tod could not of been more helpful and understanding. With prompt replies and fast work, the few issues we had (not Hayward Tods fault) was able to be sorted very quickly. This was down to the staff working so hard and fast and dealing with our issues as a matter of urgency. The staff have all been friendly and approachable and even checked in with us out of hours. Highly recommend!! Special shout out to Erica, Julie and Henry for all their help. They couldn't of done any more if they tried!
