Good selection of films to watch, seats are fairly comfortable for a cinema. It appears they've taken away the self service ticket machines that were in the foyer. Long queues now for tickets as they are now with the food counters. Friendly staff. Frankie and bennies, Holywood bowl and Murphy's sports bar also on site. Free parking on site. Very busy if the stadium is open. Overall a good experience

Parking was free, and very close to the venue. Lots of other stuff around to do. Watched equalizer 3. Screen 6 I believe. The screen was very large, seats were comfortable. Didn't find myself moving around in the seat to try and get comfortable. Food options that I see hot dogs, nachos, ice cream. The usual snacks and drinks. We all had a good time. And to top it off it was national cinema day so the tickets were even cheaper than normal

Watched Scream VI here couple months ago.A few minutes into the actual movie, lights didn’t go off. I had to go out twice to ask to shut the lights. Just poor management and understaffed.Would I visit again? Fairly unlikely.

The film was great but when we came out both lifts were not working as we needed one it was very disturbing that disability was not taken into account, the cinema is on the third floor. As we were leaving the up escalator was blocked by a wall of vacuum packed pop corn very dangerous so I was not impressed.

Chain cinema showing latest blockbuster. Up 2 escalators from ground floor where there are several restaurants. Staff attentive and polite. Good range of films. Seating in screen 7 was worn out with several chairs out of commission but toilets were clean and had a good experience. Saw Darkest Hour, excellent movie, highly recommended.

great cinema with 12 screens and good state of the art technology so great sound and pictures are going to be amazing what ever you might be going to watch.plenty of free carparking right opposite the a few places around where you can get food and drink before or after your film

Why such a low rating? Because I went with a friend who uses a walker as she has a disability and was shocked at the disabled access. On entering the building there was no clear sign showing where to find a lift. We had to look for the lift. The first one was broken. The second one was filthy and the floor at its entrance broken. There was no sign in the lift saying what floor to go to for the cinema. When we got to the cinema there was a huge queue and no provison for people with a disability. Staff said they weren't trained in how to support disabled people. It was undignifing and not acceptable for such a big chain as Vue to provide such basic support for disabled customers. I see other reviews from disabled customers saying how bad access is so it appears Vue don't read the reviews and/or don't care.

I'd read poor reviews of the cinema but had no problems: the cinema was clean and the seats were extremely comfortable.I think it might be difficult to park on match days for Oxford United because it's next to the Kassam Stadium, but since we arrived at 5pm we had no problems. Our only quibble was that we'd come for a private screening, and the staff weren't aware. It made for a slight confusion, until another member of staff had the bright idea of radioing the management
