Absolutely brilliant staff. Must comment on John who went above and beyond in offering suitable answers to the many questions I had. He was polite, very knowledgeable and offered a superb service. The price was very acceptable for the work to be carried out and I am currently awaiting the return of my battery after a full rebuild. Fingers crossed it will be like new? Would highly recommend this company/John to all that would like good, honest advice and hopefully excellent workmanship. Defo 5 stars all round.

I contacted TECH-NIC with what I thought was an unsolvable e-bike battery problem. In my opinion John & TECH-NIC are Electrical Wizards. I was given a fast, efficient friendly service of the highest professional standard. John not only managed to revive my e-bike battery but potentially saved my several hundred pounds. John fixed my dead electric bike battery. After receiving my battery, he diagnosed a faulty battery controller board. He rang me to tell me the problem, that he could fix it and how much it would be. On agreeing to the repair, he replaced the board, tested the battery pack and sent it back to me.John did a great job and I'm very happy to have my bike working again. The repair was less than the cost of a new battery pack and will hopefully give me thousands more miles of use.Great service, thank you very much!
