Top notch service! I’ve been here several times this year for various things and won’t be going anywhere else. All the team are very helpful and knowledgeable. My car runs, sounds and looks great and to top it off, smells great with their own car fresheners. I will be back as soon as I’ve decided on what to upgrade next.

Had my car in with Performance M last week for some suspension upgrades and brake upgrades. just wanted to say the service was second to Non. Great team there and can answer all questions you have and point you in the right direction with things. Great quality work and would definitely recommend.

Don’t usually do reviews but I have to say thanks to Kieran and Shaq for exceptional service at Performance M..I would definitely recommend these guys. Professional and knowledgeable with great guidance to what you want doing to your car. Will be back soon for my next mod to my M240i

The team at PerformanceM were amazing. The knowledge and customer service was excellent. The facility is clean and tidy with a comfortable waiting area and a small viewing area.Highly recommend making the trip for all you BMW/Mini needs.

The boys here installed a set of Bilstein B16 coilovers on my BMW 435d xDrive, the one that came with SE suspension and sits like a monster truck.What a difference, softer and more cushioned ride than standard, yet way pointier and confidence inspiring through bends, and dramatically reduced body roll.Shak recommended 12&16mm spacers on the phone, his judgement was just right. The geometry needed artist’s touch to get a fast road setup. Class act overall. Made me feel welcome & comfortable, and booked in for other work in the future.

Travelled from Powys, Mid-Wales to take my 66 plate 440i M Sport to Performance M for my first time today for a ZF auto gearbox servicing. The communication was great the whole time from initial contact to booking a date and time and on arrival and pick up. work was done in good time and the price was less than I thought it would be still with genuine parts. Will definitely be going there again sometime. Definitely reccomend.

Ordered a PCV valve Diaphragm for my car on Saturday, was promised it would be shipped on monday for next day delivery and arrive the day after on Tuesday, took the day off work and changed all my plans, just for me to be messaged on the tuesday that it has only been shipped so will now most likely arrive on wednesday. If promised a timeframe, as a business, please honor that timeframe and have some consideration for your customers time management.Kind Regards,Rikki
