I had issues with some of the conditions I was given at the end of my tenancy and wasn’t happy initially. But Muhtasin, who was the property manager was willing to help resolve this. He was really effective in his communication and feedback. At the end it was a win-win situation for everyone.It was glad to see someone that understands and cares about tenants renting their property. I wish I had been in contact with Muhtasin from the beginning of my tenancy
