We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Mike, Cam, Jeff and Jake. From the initial visit through to the survey and installation they done and exceptional job. Fast, clean and most importantly high quality work.Initial visit - after speaking with the installers (Mike & Cam) working opposite at a neighbours house we had a visit from Jeff the salesman/designer. He answered all of our questions, provided us with all required information and there was no hard sale. We decided to use the A++ triple glazed window for efficacy all be it still slightly sceptical of the improvements this could achieve. Although Jeff was great, the window and recommendations from our neighbour really did sell itself!Survey - really easy and simple process. We made few changes but Jake went through everything and re designed what we wanted. He gave us technical information when asked and explained the process perfectly.Install - arrived at 9am, put dust sheets throughout the whole house and got to work. After leaving refreshments, we left to give them some space, on our return 4 windows and a door was completed and the house was as clean as when they started. The following 3 days were much the same. Mike and Cam were polite, friendly and worked like absolute trojans.10/10 all round. The whole team done a great job and should also mention the great guys on the end of the phone :)Thanks again,Mr and Mrs Reeves

We cannot fault any aspect of the recent installation of our new EcoGlaze Windows. The windows look brilliant and the quality is excellent. The whole process has been great from beginning to end and the EcoGlaze team has provided us with a Friendly, Efficient & Professional Service, from the polite Sales Team who were really helpful and very knowledgeable to the Fitters who were outstanding not only in doing an excellent job of fitting the windows but also paying attention to the small finishing details & the clearing up afterwards & then to the Aftersales Team who were just amazing & always kept us up to date with every aspect of the installation & if we had any issues or concerns they were always available to talk & the couple of small snags that we had were dealt with immediately & efficiently, our minds were always put at rest & this made us feel very looked after. We have no hesitation in recommending the EcoGlaze Team & their products.

Amazing customer service. Beautiful bi fold doors in our kitchen/dinner. We are now using them again for our converted garage. Definitely recommend!

Couldn’t be happier. The salesman answered all my questions and didn’t use the typical “hard sale” technique. At first we were slightly apprehensive due to having other local companies quote us but these guys really were head and shoulders above the rest. Thank you all!
