Myrtle Cottage

I've not stayed at Myrtle Cottage for 8 years, too long! loved being back, the ambiance still warm, welcoming and laid back. It's a place that we brought tots to, building sand castles and footie on the beach and recovering on the cosy sunroom sofas, reading with the kids. As they grew it became an opportunity for them to bring a friend along; learning to surf at Caswell, exploring the area by themselves, and latterly the local pub. And this weekend gone by, what brought me back? It was 1 of our now adult sprogs that booked it as his base for the Gower Endurance run. We weren't going to miss out, so invited ourselves and brought Grandad along for good measure!Chris and team, thank you so much for Myrtle Cottage, we all love it, always have! Absolutely amazing cottage for a family holiday 12 of us + 2 dogs and plenty of room. Would love to go back in summer as weather was rather rubbish.Had a 20th wedding anniversary and a Halloween party while there.Lots of fantastic family memories made.Christina and Lisa answered all my questions promptly and were 5* hosts....not a single negative at all

Been there three times now for family get togethers. Has everything you need and is located a short walk down a path to Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles Beach. Ideal for dog walking. Also right next door to Pennard Golf course which I highly recommend. We will go back.

This is a great house in an amazing location. We try to visit every year we love it so much! Short walk to Pobbles and Three Cliffs and a lovely garden to enjoy a gin and tonic in after a hard day relaxing on the beach. The owner has always been helpful with any issues and I think we've been back about 7 times!

Very nice

A lovely big, quiet, comfortable house which feels like you're stepping into a family home. Very well equipped for all you and your dogs needs including dog bowls, toys and a jar of treats. The location to the costal path and access to beaches is brilliant. The bedrooms are very large with flexible setups to accommodate all family sizes and dynamics. We were a family of 11, ageing from 4 to 85 celebrating a 60th wedding anniversary. We easily cooked a Sunday roast in the large range cooker and comfortably sat around the large dining table to enjoy it. Would highly recommend
