We asked Sworders to design a new house for us in North Norfolk The journey through planning and design, using their in house planning consultant and Architects was first class. We found them helpful profesional and inspirational as a company and would definitely recommend them

We engaged the services of Sworders to assist us in preparing architect plans and a Design and Access Statement to support a planning application for a utilitarian barn which had lapsed Class Q development rights in South Norfolk. We now have full planning permission to replace the existing farm building with a residential dwelling. Martin (planning consultant)has worked incredibly hard throughout this whole process, liaising with the local authority and meeting both our requirements as clients and those of the planning officers. We have been kept informed at all stages and Martin has talked us through many of the challenges and solutions along the way. Rory (architect) was also extremely helpful in coming up with a design for a building that ticks all the boxes. Seeking planning permission in this particular case was not exactly straight forward and we would have been completely overwhelmed had it not been for the excellent service we received throughout. We can not recommend Sworders highly enough.
