I would like to express my utter disgust in this company , nothing less of presure selling and taking advantage of the elderly .my eldery mother 86, made an enquirey about a bath lifter , asking would you send me a brochure , and with in 4-5 days she had received a demo for device signed a contract and it was istalled at a cost of £3,200 within this time , This also included a 25% discount ? really .Rang dolphin 3 weeks later to remove as it was not suitable suggested she kept for more time , another couple of weeks , again rang to remove and was told she would not get a full refund she was offered £1700, and that was it ,she had to agree to this ,no other option was offered , further inquiries to remove the device took another 2 weeks on removal see pictures on how my mothers bathroom was left , didnt even attempt to make good the hole they drilled after removal ,the leaving comment from the person removing the device to my mother was 1 hope you keep yourself clean "this behaivior from any company it not acceptable let alone a elderly lady of 86 living alone
