We've been using Lenz for the servicing and line monitoring of our security system of a public building in the town centre for about 2 years. Having just had a visit today to tweak the system I was moved to write how professional, responsive and friendly the service is - as well as jargon free. They are also a very honest bunch; we mistakenly paid an invoice twice and the overpaid money was back in our account with about half an hour of letting them know.

I found Andy and Charlie to be excellent. The installation was done with care taking their time to hide cables. Good value, would highly recommend. Tim.

Lenz security installed a system in our new build house. Andrew gave clear and well-explained advice about what would be appropriate, considering our lifestyle and family arrangements in his guidance. He took time to explain how to manage the system, and even came back to tweak the settings when asked. Polite, professional and helpful, I would happily recommend this company. Great service.Since being installed, I have been equally impressed by Andrew’s aftercare, which has proven even better than his excellent initial service. On a couple of occasions I have contacted Andrew with small queries, all of which have been answered almost immediately, no matter what the time of day or night. Lenz Security should be rightly proud of its 24 hour service.

Lenz security recently took over the management of our home alarm system. They improved on the current set up, adding additional sensors, which were not covered by the original installation. In addition, they consulted on and installed a CCTV system. All of this was connected to secure apps so we can access and control the system from anywhere.Their approach and communication has been excellent throughout the process. We felt sure that they were knowledgeable, and attentive to our requests, explaining everything we needed to know.There installation went smoothly, and was free of mess. The new cameras and sensors are discrete.What's better is that they installed the additional features for less money, with more equipment than the original company offered. Their ongoing support package is significantly cheaper than the original company.Overall, a great service from a local company.

Lenz Security and in particular Andrew are the epitome of superb service, quality, value and excellence. The service was without doubt the most complete from start to finish. The quality of the equipment and the workmanship is second to none. The value and excellence of the installation with in-depth consultation, identifying our specific needs, without over selling, was a pleasure to experience and a welcome change to the usual pressurised selling you often feel. I only had 3 cctv cameras installed with all relevant record/playback equipment, Andrew was polite, efficient, clean, tidy, respectful of our property and a pleasure to deal with. My whole family enjoyed him being in our home and would trust him and his company implicitly. In conclusion, great service, great value, great company. If I can trust them, you can.

Andrew and team did a great job recommending and installing a security system for us and have continued to deliver an excellent level of service and great value for money since then. Always available for support which adds to the peace of mind. Would recommend.

Outstanding.My partner had an issue setting the alarm last night. Which was a big concern as I was working away.I messaged Lenz Security LATE in the evening. Within 2 minutes, I had a reply that they were looking into it on their system.They found the issue and reset it within 16 minutes of my first message.The alarm was set and worked fine.That right there showed the value of of using Lenz Security.

We were looking for an independent company to install an intruder and smoke alarm system, where as a customer we were valued and what we wanted was heard rather than being sold something we didn't want or need.These guys were brilliant, they turned up when they said they would, the quote was good and the installation completed without any issues. Their customer service skills were spot on and both guys we met were approachable, kind and friendly and went above and beyond, we look forward to seeing you again for our annual service.
