I used Pet Moves Abroad to transport the dog that traveled from Seoul to Paris to go to London from Paris. Thankfully the lovely driver Kevin made the journey very relaxing and calming for my nervous dog and he settled well in London home immediately after the journey. Thank you Mira and Kevin for the help and arranging the most smooth journey from Paris to London!

I have used the pet taxi service, from France to Folkestone in the channel tunnel.I am not one to leave reviews in general but I really feel that Pet Moves Abroad deserve this excellent feedback!! I used their services back in March to get our little 15 weeks old beagle Hugo across the channel tunnel.I was very apprehensive as to how it would go, if the puppy would be comfortable, etc but my fear never materialised as it was an absolutely seamless service. From the quote, to collecting my puppy the communication was so efficient and friendly!And then the driver himself was amazing!! There were an issue with my puppy paperwork and they did everything in their power to ensure my puppy would make the crossing!! Superb, efficient and compassionate service is what you will receive from this great team!! Thank you Mira and the team!! Hugo is very happy with us in London!!

Excellent service! Originally we hired another company (Folkestone taxi) who cancelled our trip just a few hours before our Eurotunnel train. Mira from Petmovesabroad managed to organize the trip - find a drive and buy the tickets - within only 1.5 hours. She was very fast to respond, friendly and reliable.The driver - Marcel - was very professional, he knew in and out all the procedures and we managed to go though pet checks and border control very fast.I highly recommend this company!

Travelling with your beloved pet cross border is not simple. Nor straightforward. There is a lot of paperwork and deadlines you need to meet. That's why Barry was so important in our relocation, he helped clear up any doubts and knew the process inside out. He was on hand to guide us as needed with importing our dog into the UK from the US via France.He picked us up from Orly Airport in a really nice vehicle, and drove us for 4 hours to Calais (w Pup breaks) before aiding the Immigration and Pet Reception process. Before we knew it we were in the UK! I'd highly recommend Barrry and Pet Moves for any relocation of pets you need to do.

We'd had a nightmare in Europe with all the bad weather, our cars were utterly smashed up from the giant hail stones which attacked us whilst we were in Lake Garda.Unable to drive our vehicles back to the UK in the state they were in, whilst the 6 other members of our group were able to take flights back to the UK. Unfortunately, we couldn't as we had our little dog with us.We were in a complete mess and had no idea how we were going to get back into the UK. My friend had googled Pet taxis and found Pet Moves Abroad. I contacted Paul and I can honestly say, he put my mind at rest and helped us so much.He had a driver waiting for us at Calais who was so incredibly helpful and drove us from France to our home in West Sussex.It was very unusual circumstances but without Paul and his team, I really don't know what we would have done.Thank you Paul and Kevin, you have been amazing to us! xxx

I wrote a review on trustpilot, but I'm adding it here as well because I think my fellow Americans don't use trustpilot as much:We used Petmovesabroad to help us move our two cats from the United States to the UK via France. Mira was very responsive and easy to work with as we booked our travel. Our driver, Kawa, was excellent and knew every trick to make the journey from Paris/Charles de Gaulle to our AirBnb in London as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!!

We used Pet Moves Abroad to move our cats to London. Dealing with Mira while we organized everything went very smoothly. She was patient and friendly. The driver (Pino) picked us up promptly at the set time in Belgium, guided us through all the crossing procedures and was very friendly and professional. I was very nervous booking it all and worried about our cats and their passports so it was so nice to be able to leave the driving, directions and timing to someone else! I hope I never have to move our cats to another country again but if I do, I'll definitely call Pet Moves Abroad again!

The contact with both Mira and Paul was prompt and very pleasant.Our driver Tony saved our crossing by waiting for us since we were significantly delayed by a traffic jam which caused us to miss our slot.Very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.

I moved from the US to the UK for work and wanted to travel with my cat in the cabin with me (not checked in the cargo hold), Pet Moves helped me get from the Paris airport to my destination in the UK.I was picked up promptly from the airport and our travel went very smoothly. My driver, Marcel, was phenomenal and very welcoming. Mira also facilitated communication and was very helpful in terms of following up on travel details beforehand and checked in with me later to confirm I arrived at my final destination. Overall, a very kind, professional, and effective team!

I had a great experience bringing my cat to the UK from Brussels with petmovesabroad. They organised the trip and solved all my questions really quickly. The travel was very smooth, the car was really nice, spacious and clean, and the driver was very professional, kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this service enough.
