Just took my car in to get a slow puncture fixed. Turns out I had 3 nails in my tire. They were already fixing a car when I pulled up (no appointment needed), but within 5 minutes this lad comes out, happy as anything, got my lock nut, and had the tire off and fixed in 10 minutes flat, chatting and explaining as he went along. If that wasn't good enough, when I heard the price I laughed. £20 ! I was expecting around 50. Absolute bargin, with flawless service, 10/5 !On a side note. Who the ---- keeps chucking nails in the road?!
