River Island in Bournemouth is a great place to shop for decently prices good quality clothing. Everytime I have gone to this store the staff have been really friendly. River Island staff were also helpful when I had to return goods without a receipt, they gave me a gift card with the amount the products were worth.River Island sells good quality fashionable clothing in both the mens and females sections of the store.Better pay for good quality clothing that go to Primark and pay for cheap clothing that doesn't last long.

RI seem to only cater for one size of men...muscle bound gym beaters. I'm not fat by any means but when clothes are labelled muscle fit" everywhere its disheartening. No "regular man fit.""

They don't let me to exchange the shoes that was too big for me, just because it was purchased online.Even though I showed them the email, they still let me go online to complete the return and reorder again.

Great spacious shop but sadly make sure they take your tags off. We went off out the shop and had to return as the left 2 tags on 2 different items ..

I love this river island shop. It's big and has lots of nice things for everyone. They also often have sales and even after sales they have a small.section with discounted items so it's a good place to buy clothes if you like RI.

The staff where rude and extremely unhelpful. Both me and my daughter asked for some guidance 3/4 times and was told its in the sale section and basically i can't be bothered. Then in the changing room we where jolly and asked the assistant in there for some guidance, again if its out there then we've got it like really". Poor poor service. I'll go to Poole branch in future
