Gone downhill. They did a good job on a window a few years ago. But I have had to call them 6 times to get updates for fitting. They failed to even show up on the appointed day and were rude and unpleasant on the telephone when I called to ask where they were No apology, no window. Appalling service - only compounded by the dishonest response below - I have a record of all those calls .I received no apology, just rudeness and aggression.

Friendly firm who came quickly to measure up and replace my windows . Also went the extra mile on the job replaced beading on other windows to match new ones . Strongly recommend to anybody in need of there services

I had 2 doors fitted by Allards, everyone I spoke to was really friendly and the service was very efficient. My doors are sturdy and I know they will last a long time. Only downside is that it took months for the doors to be fitted and when they were fitted chunks of my was was ripped out, they did fill it all back in and say they would come and sand it down but it never happened. So I was left having to fix my wall.

I had a blown window replacement in my treatment room done recently, firstly John Allard was very prompt & turned up to measure up & quote on the dot and was very professional and approachable, secondly the quote was the most competitive. The team that then came to fit the window the following week were very fast & efficient as well as polite & curtious. I would definitely recommend this company and am very, very happy with the results. Thank-you very much.

John Allard came to see us the other week with the prospect of fitting a french window and replacing a blown pane. He was incrediblypersonable and efficient which gave us confidence in him (we had recently been mucked around by a nation wide firm). He estimated the next Thursday for delivery and fitting, and Thursday it was. The team he brought with him were affable and efficient. Overall, we are very happy with the work and would be confident to recommend Allard Double Glazing and use the company again.

After having a major emergency with water coming into our property from our soil pipe and guttering, Allard were quick to come to our rescue! When the team arrived they were thorough, extremely knowledgable and very friendly and honest with their assessment.This is the second time I have had the privilege of engaging with Allard and the experience has been phenomenal both times! Highly recommend!!!
