He certainly know the trade - identified the pump fault, bought a replacement pump, installed the new pump, tested and removed air from radiators - all the work was efficiently carried out within two hours. Excellent service from Ibrahim. Managed to fit me in for a boiler inspection the next day. Very polite, extensive knowledge and professional high quality work. This company is the best I've been able to find in London area. Ibrahim has been absolutely brilliant and he was wearing appropriate PPE. The process of getting an appointment, then a quote, to then getting the boiler repaired was all straightforward and professional. Payment was also great as it was all done online and I could use my banking app which is ideal during the pandemic!There are so many companies out there, but to have a company like this that you can absolutely trust for the quality of work and efficiency is a great relief. I recieved honest and transparent advice about the process, the work and energy-saving!I can't recommend them enough.

Problem with our kitchen sink draining slowly. Did a complete investigation and whilst no issues could be found the likely cause has been identified but requires a cctv survey to confirm it. Super professional and friendly service. Will use again if needed
