Little Removals Company

The Little Removals Company did a good job for us. A couple of items were damaged in transit, including our sideboard being knocked by the guys on the way out the front door but they were very helpful and responsive. We were somewhat disappointed that our stuff was slightly over their estimation (they didn't visit to check) and therefore we ended up being charged more than we were quoted. The only real negative was that I had to go back and forth with the office more than once with both the removal and storage charges because the quoted costs kept changing. In the end we usually went back to the original quote but it did seem at times that they were not very organised in terms of knowing what the charges should be. Overall we were happy though and they provided a good service.

From first contact with The Little Removals Company everything ran as seamlessly as possible! The office staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating - even with last minute changes - and the guys on the day were fab! Arrived on time, packed everything to such a high standard there wasn't a single breakage, and were fast, efficient, and generally lovely people. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Very good experience with this company. Communications were good leading up to the move, and the price was reasonable. Rich and James went above and beyond to ensure the move was carried out well within the allotted time. The 50m walk from the van to front door didn't phase them. No items were damaged, except where my packing was to blame.

Even though they had problems with a van breakdown so arrived late they made up for it. Rob contacted and warned me they would be late and stayed in contact with progress. He even worked himself to help the other 2 guys get the job done. They were very professional and moved all our heavy goods with ease. I was worried about the curve of the stairs at our new house but the guys carried it up without a hitch and without touching a wall. Would really recommend them as a great company to use

We recently used The Little Removals for our House move from Cheltenham to Oxford. From the initial phone call to there office I found them so helpful Danielle dealt with our move and kept in contact throughout updating me on things and delivering box's. On the day of the move the guys showed up on time were so friendly and were very organised. They got our house packed up in no time and everything ran so smoothly.I would use this Company again as moving can be so stressful and they really took the pressure off.

We moved house two months ago and it was a pleasure to have Rob and his team move us. Absolutely professional, friendly and generous with their time. Rob’s reaction to any issue or question that we raised was “sure, sir, not a problem” and indeed it was not a problem.On the first day of the move after they had moved heavy and bulky furniture to what was going to be our bedroom on the 2nd floor, Rob came to us and said “Sir, if you change your mind and decide to have your bedroom in the converted attic on the third floor, we’re fine with that”. That was a priceless piece of advice… we did discuss it and decided to take it on. On the following day, Rob and his team seemed pleased to move the bulky furniture once again to the attic.Hopefully we will not move any time soon but if someone asks us to recommend a removal company, it is the Little Removals Company and Rob’s team I’d recommend.

The Little Removals Company made my moving day hassle free and relatively enjoyable!! The team, Ryan, Richard and Gerald were great fun, very careful with my property and super efficient at packing, moving and unpacking and couldn't do enough to help. Thank you so much for your great service.

I moved 13 times in my life, and this was supposed the simplest move ever: movers just had to pick up a some things already packed and stored in an attic.The LRC movers:-forgot some items behind- broken ALL the furniture that they delivered- did damages in the property where they moved things fromAnd here is the best thing: the customer service can not be reached by phone, only per email and they don't reply to emails. I will most likely end up taking legal actions against them.I recommend not to use the company in the strongest possible terms.

We had to move furniture and household items from two locations which required work over two days ultimately because of a protracted completion on our purchase. The team at LRC couldn't have been more accommodating. Throughout the process we were comfortable that they weren't looking to add any hidden charges. They were great value for money and very easy to deal with. If you are thinking of going with a more established name in the industry for piece of mind I would suggest getting a quote from these guys as you won't be compromising on the level of service.
