Thrapston Computer Repair Service

An excellent service with an iMac with a defunct video card. They spent a lot of time finding the best way to resolve the problem and determined it would be better to go to Apple direct and repair the card under a call back. Cost to me from Apple was £0! Normal video cards over £300 and only available from the States. Thrapston computers recommended the best solution for the customer. Not something you come across often these days. I would definitely use them again!!!

Wanted to change Email address so asked TCRS to do the job for me. Was very pleased with the service, particularly the friendly and helpful person who answered the 'phone.I was kept informed of progress from start to finish.The changeover went smoothly, all is OK, and I would certainly recommend TCRS to my friends and would use them again.Also their charges were reasonable and I did not feel ripped off.
