Billy Cave Pottery
Had a great afternoon at Billy’s cave. It is a lovely peaceful set up in a green are near Leeds city centre, perfect for pottery. Billy is a great teacher, clear, patient and lets you learn from your mistakes. Intimate class size of 3 or 4 people made it such a unique experience. Would 10/10 recommend.

Had so much fun! Highly recommend the taster session. Informative, encouraging and knowledgable teacher. Relaxing atmosphere. Small group so plenty of personalised guidance provided to each student throughout the session and each person had their own potters wheel. Plenty of parking at the venue (we went on a weekday during school term time).

Billy Cave Pottery
My girlfriend and I had an absolutely incredible taster session with Billy, it was the perfect length to get to grips with the basic hand movements and see the process through to throwing a rudimentary pot.It's situated within Meanwood Valley Urban Farm in a beautiful wooden building with really great equipment. Billy is such a friendly person and gives such good instructions. Will certainly be recommending to friends and thinking about when we can next return!Thank you!

Absolutely one of the best experiences we’ve done! Highly recommend! The pottery barn is situated in a beautiful farm which makes for a great day out! Billy was an amazing teacher and we loved every minute of it! Can’t wait to receive our pots!

Me and my wife did this as a one off for a date day and absolutely loved it. Billy was very friendly and welcoming and did a great job on teaching us the basics to get started.

Great intro to pottery using a wheel. You make loads of pots and chose the best one to keep and get fired. Billy is great and doesn’t make you feel useless as he coaxes your pot back to life!
