The secret to this Court is keeping note of helpful staff members and speaking to them about your case file. Getting direct numbers is also key if you can. Otherwise, they are very busy and the main phone lines can take a long time to answer. E-mails generally take a week or so to be acknowledged too, unless they are marked Urgent and are urgent. Family Court never seem to answer the phone, so reduced rating to 3 stars overall

Disgraceful. Have an eviction notice waiting action all paperwork sent in June paid for fast track and still not heard .No one on phone desk although says open 9 to5pm.

Rang me, I waited and waited. Was advised that theres a warrant for my arrest for tax evasion for my business (I am employed and pay tax monthly) obviously a scam. Bore off.

Agreed with Graham Dudfield.Done a good job, took customer to Court and biased towards customer. The law has failed me and Judge Thomas in this instance reeked of subconscious bias against ethnic minorities.Can this court please employ unbiased judges???

Have spent the last 3 weeks trying to contact them as they have instructed me to do. The number they have provided doesnt work so I have tried calling the court over 60 times, I have sent 7 emails and wrote a letter and still nothing. I am starting to wonder whether this court actually exists?

Answered the phone really quickly and booked me an appointment to witness me sign a parking fine form for the next day, polite people nice and quick, appointment was on time

Went to court today, absolute waste of time. The judge got confused over which case he was dealing with. Had already made his mind up on the case. So my client has had £2000 of work done and I haven't received a penny for a good job. The law is a farce. Don't bother taking anybody to court, waste of time and money.

The worst organisation to contact. They must leave the phones off the hook. I never known anywhere as bad as Walsall County Court to contact. Yesterday one of the telephone menu options connected to a phone and rang for 30 minutes with no answer. Today 13-08-2021 none of the telephone menu options connected to any phone after 2 hours of persistent redialling. God help the legal system if it gets as bad as Walsall county court.

Taking someone to court for money they owe told that we hadn't attended on the day but there was no date set on the forms they sent out spent couple of hours hanging on the phone still trying to get through!!!! sent letter by snail mail might get a faster response
