Absolutely amazing service. They were able to get a specific bulb I was trying to source, adding it to their website, so I could then order. Unfortunately the bulb then got lost in the post. I contacted Hooman who quickly replied, apologised and said he would send another on special service. Later that very same day, to my great surprise, the bulb arrived via motorbike courier, all the way from Ealing, which is about 90miles away. They also said I could keep the original bulb, which arrived a few days later, after getting lost by Royal Mail. Highly recommended to all !
