I had a problem fitting a lock to our front door ... and so I popped in to see Lee who asked me a few questions and quicky diagnosed the problem (I needed professional help). So he arranged for someone to swing by the house and finish the job. End result: we have a new lock fitted by an expert at a very reasonable price. V happy customer.

My Key got stuck in my lock and my front door wouldn’t open. Mentor Locksmith & Safe Co had been recommended to me. I sent Lee pictures and he sent me a quote. Very quick and reliable. Then a lovely chap came out called Andy and fixed my lock. He was super friendly, polite and professional. My front door has never worked so well. I’m delighted and will be recommending Mentor Locksmith’s to everyone I know. Great job and massive thanks to Lee and Andy from a very happy customer.

My key broke off in my patio door lock. The key broke in two. Once I managed to get the broken half out I took it to Lee. Lee is the owner of Mentor Locksmith, he most certainly has a magic touch, not only did he guess what my broken key should look like he managed to make a new key that fitted perfectly in my lock. I strongly recommend his store and his customer skills are impeccable. What a lovely guy. Thanks again Lee.

Garage key wouldn’t fully insert despite WD40 best efforts!Very good clear and quick communication with Lee. Explained all the options and gave a quote to come out and see what could be done. Andy came and tried his best to get the lock to open but unfortunately the lock had deteriorated and needed to be drilled. But that was all done very quickly. Would highly recommended Mentor Locksmiths to all, a very friendly professional service!
