Just had front and rear gardens fully returfed and would highly recommend Ipswich Turf. Despite the heavy rain that delayed works they kept us informed, rearranged asap and were professional, friendly and tidy. Very pleased with result.

Sign posting is non existent, good job there was a local to direct me. Would have been nice to have seen someone but hey ho help yourself and put money through letterbox.

Very efficient service, great family run local company that has been trading for many years. If you want to deal with hard working people rather than robots then give them a call. They turned up on time and the work was carried out to a very high standard. Paul knows his stuff I would highly recommend their services.

I can’t praise Ipswich Turf enough.They were true to their word from start to finish. Very good quotation for preparing the ground and laying (15m x 11m) of turf at my new house. Paul was in contact from the start, and has left the area clean and tidy. Thank you all at ITL.

Very happy with the new lawn, and with the company. Very rapid and friendly service. The team were very professional and helpful. Due to access problems, the 14 tonnes of topsoil was delivered in three small loads, with everything swept clean afterwards. Turf looks amazing, and three weeks on has bedded in well and bladed up" nicely. Thanks for all your help!"

Terrible service, rude staff - steer clear of this company!Booked Ipswich Turf to lay patio and turf. Staff turned out to be very rude, refused to do patio the way we wanted it done. Arranged to lay turf a few days after patio completed. They didn't turn up on the day. When we spoke to the office they fobbed us off saying they would be along later, but never turned up. We tried calling the guy multiple times but he wouldn't answer the phone, or text messages. When we contacted the office again they pretended that he was just a contractor and that it had nothing to do with them (despite the fact that the office staff is his mum!). Very poor service, terrible customer service and very rude staff. They have also left building rubble and turf tufts all over our garden and didn't take their rubbish away with them. Steer clear.

Excellent professional and friendly service provided, access was an issue however they worked round it . Very quick, no mess and new lawn looks great. Very pleased and can highly recommend them. Thank you ever so much!
