All of the staff at the store were incredibly helpful. They gave me very useful information without trying to sell me anything. They gave me some fantastic suggestions to help me out and always have a laugh and a joke. I should be coming here for all of my paint needs in the future.

We popped in here this morning, to try and educate ourselves before taking on a bit of a painting project, and I am so glad we did.Friendly, helpful, warm, knowledgable, speedy service!It can be quite daunting walking into new environments when you haven't a clue what your are doing. But I can honestly say, I left with the colours I wanted and inspired with enthusiasm.Thank you :)

Richard was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products. Shop displays excellent and all very clean. Got everything on my list, including very kind donation of ideal paint for our charity project. Cannot recommend highly enough. He even made me laugh and customer service 10/10. Thankyou.

Great service from Mel in Swindon branch she saved me a lot of money and let me take the 2 tins of 2 and a half litres of Zinsser and said that I could bring one back if I did not use. When I went to pick them up was served by Rich who even saved me more money and was so helpful and knowledgeable.Many thanksGreg
