I have in recent months had to use this Drs surgery more than I have since it opened where I have been a patient along with my growing family.Every member of staff have been amazing every step of the way and I have been seen by Drs quickly and referred to the hospital feel lucky to have this Drs surgery.

Air Balloon Surgery
4 years here. My experience of continuity of community care has been extremely poor. A now severe illness which could have by any standard been diagnosed a couple years earlier if dots were joined, is now at an irreversible stage. Fine to come to for one offs. If you need continuity care, I would urge you to register elsewhere.

I regularly contact the surgery on behalf of my elderly mother. I can honestly say I have never had a problem contacting them, even during the most difficult of times. The staff on reception are polite and very helpful. The nurses have been brilliant with mum over the years. I wouldn't want mum to be with any other surgery.

Absolute nightmare trying to get an appointment to see a Dr. The telephone system keeps cutting you off, the telephone waiting line is a joke. You start at something like 15 in line for an answer, then after a while, you move up the line - 14, 13, 12, etc. Then, when you get to the single numbers - 9, 8, 7, 6, and so on, but many times I have got to 3 in line, then somehow you lose 9 places or more. In the worst case, I went from 2nd back to 19th

Reception staff are lovely, however every time I see a doctor, they basically tell me that they can't and won't help me and have no interest in treating the underlying issues to symptoms I am experiencing. I have regularly been told that there is nothing they can do to help me. I have also been told to go to a private health care provider if I would like to do anything apart from treating symptoms. This has been with every doctor i have seen so far. When I first registered with this surgery they were pretty helpful but now its rapidly nosediving.

I honestly feel so lucky to be with this surgery. I was sceptical when I joined in 2020 as they had some very poor reviews but they've been brilliant. I always feel listened to and taken seriously by the doctors and got appointments quickly when needed including seeing baby in person on same day when we've been worried. Would definitely recommend.

4 stars as they suffer the same issues of being underfunded and overworked as the rest of the NHS. But the staff are so helpful, nice and conscientious. Compared to the service I've witnessed outside Bristol, it's incredible. Time restrictions and means only one issue can be addressed at a time, but they did help guide me towards addressing them.

Overall I have had a very positive experience with Air Balloon surgery. I find the receptionists to be helpful and polite and the vast majority of actions from the rest of the staff at the surgery are followed through properly. They have provided me with consistent and appropriate support during difficult periods in my life and I think this is a well run GP practice. Recommended.

I have never felt so much rejection from a public body till I registered with air balloon surgery, since the very first appointment I just felt their indifference, sometimes I'd have to argue with reception just to get an appointment, had to keep track on them a few times because they would take blood samples but never test them, I also filled up referral forms that never were referred. It took me more than a year and a half to get the right tests and about two years to actually get referred to an specialist, I had to deal with all type of insinuations during some appointments and today I still having the same problems and even worse, I'm done with this place.

Came in tonight to a grubby & smelly pharmacy, absolutely disgusting place.Will be using another local pharmacy from now on. See photo.
