Ordered 4 Basic Chiick meals and Bbq wings. The chicken in the burger was nice and tender but the bun was stale. Breaking apart bite by bite. Wings were soggy not crispy at all. Dissapointing. SideChiick you need to work on your buns and make crispy wings

was so excited to finally try this place after seeing it all over tiktok, service was relatively decent the young lad behind the counter was polite and the food didn’t take long but there was a limited item and some items weren’t available which was quite worrying since it was only half 8. I ordered the XXL burger in the side chick box for £10 which is a great price. The burger was incredible, the both beef and chicken pattys were great along with the very nice burger sauce however the main issues come along with the wings. I ordered the spicy wings and my brother got the bbq ones. For some reason he got more wings than I did but I noticed straight away the batter was incredibly soggy like it wasn’t cooked properly and another huge problem was the gravy after a few minutes was rock solid which greatly put me off. Overall I’m quite disappointed with my trip as I have heard good reviews hopefully it was just a bad one time experience and not a consistent and continuous problem. 6/10
