Have some good items but not worth the fortune they charge. Walked in and heard some strange conversations between a driver and a member of staff. If you want good furniture then don't go here unless you've got lucky on a scratchcard the night before. Downstairs is like a maze and you'd have more joy hunting for a willow tree in narnia than finding one that suits most people's budgets.

Waited 14 weeks for a book case and nest of tables. The top and middle tables are a joke. They are scratched to death and the top table isn't even made properly, it has a huge gap down one side so it isn't square. God knows how it passed an inspection. Customer services have been good in organising a replacement but I have to wait another 8 weeks!

Rang 6.50am to let me know on way. arrived 7.20am sofa to big for door we took out window both delivery lads were fantastic could not do enough to help, very polite and professional even at that time in the morning. Would strongly recommend oakland and delivery team

Absolutely terrible customer service!!Purchased a reclining sofa and armchair, which was delivered on the 28/1/2022. After 8 weeks the adaptor for the recliner stopped working. Started contacting customer services number on 31/3/2022 on hold for over 45 minutes at a time, with still no answer from them! Called the store where I purchased the sofa from on the 1/4/2022 she said she would email customer services on my behalf, we would receive a response within two weeks and here we are over three weeks later. Still no response!! Would not recommend anyone purchasing from this company.

Went twice, once to see their sofas stock and another time to buy a sofa. Different staff, all very knowledable and friendly, not pushy at all like competitors. Good prices. Best place compared to all other sofa shops we have been regarding customer service and affordable prices.

Love the well-made oak furniture here. I went in to order a dining table & chairs. The staff were lovely especially the girl that sorted everything out. They even contacted us with an earlier delivery date than planned. Would recommend a look if you're looking for well made solid furniture.
