I’ve been visiting Pip for a long time now to get various treatments. Pip’s always so professional and friendly, making me feel so comfortable. She always ensures the service she provides is that of perfection, ensuring that when I leave I feel completely happy! I recently had a luxury facial- it was wonderfully relaxing and my face/ skin felt incredible afterwards. I attend regularly for sugaring treatments also, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Pippa was fantastic! It was a quick (almost!) pain-free experience, I would 100% recommend her :) she was also very good at explaining sugaring to me which put me at ease. Pippa was friendly, welcoming and professional. Great results at an affordable price! Thank you!

Had my first ever sugaring treatment today, I was really nervous but Pip really puts you at ease. I won’t lie and say that it’s totally pain free but it was certainly not as bad as I expected and Pip is so lovely to talk to, it really distracted me and made me feel less self conscious. I’ve booked in for my next treatment and would highly recommend Pip, especially if you’ve put this kind of thing off because of nerves!

Pip is calm, professional, friendly and non judgemental.Pip is an absolute perfectionist and takes great care in her work, my gel nails with pip are always chip proof,it is evident she uses high quality products.Pip always offers a personal services and remembers little details I've told her about my life which I think is a great skill when she must see so many client!I highly recommend a visit to Pips if you fancy a little pamper!

I’m not really a beauty buff and onlytend to get DIY SOS style appointments.And this was definitely the case with my intense underarm hair following winter and a Bridget Jone style break up. Time to feel sexy again..Didn’t realise I would experience the best ever hair removal and could avoid the pain of my big spring bounce back - completely sold on sugaring! She didn’t need to do many applications for me to be silky smooth.I’m ginger with course hair so I normally bleed on hair removal. But not even a rash in sight??? Amazing!Not only is it a brilliant alternative for the environment but I was left with barely any redness and was free to wear a strap top the next day.The atmosphere Pip has createdIs lovely - amazing decor, lovely aromatherapy, gorgeous music and a lovely chat - I feel empowered, calm and energised following what normally is an ordeal!Also I Noticed all the beautiful Colours she had for nail art - I normally notInto glitteryesque nail designs salons normall offer so loved the Matte finishes.Nice one Pip!

I have recently discovered Pip at Free to be me and I'm so pleased I did. Having been a waxer for many years I was keen to try Sugaring as a more eco friendly version. I am now a total convert to both sugaring and Pip!Sugaring is definitely less painful than waxing and my skin responds so much better after.Pip is calm, friendly and highly skilled. She creates such a great environment for a treatment that my 3 month old baby always sleeps straight through the appointment! Highly highly recommended

I have been coming to Pip for all of my beauty treatments for a few years now and she is always brilliant. The sugaring treatment is particularly good - less hair growth, less pain and less in-growers! Also love going to her for brows and lash lifts.She is efficient, uses the best products and I always leave with a smile on my face.
