Customer care was excellent. They collected the car from my son in laws place of work, did the service & MOT & delivered the car back later the same day, they also valeted the car. They sent me an email advising state of tyres & recommendations. Thank you Volvo Dundee, highly recommended.

Very attentive staff here and we were welcomed from the minute we came through the door. Very amiable and enthusiastic sales advisor with great back up. Lots of follow up phonecalls and emails to keep us informed and we have a contact to use if we need further help. All in all a very positive experience.

Quick and easy process, Scott made the it very efficient while answering any questions I had. I was constantly updated on the timeline delivery of my car. From ordering the car and picking it up, the service was first class. Would definitely recommend.

My order was initially placed directly with Volvo but then handed over to Dundee and Scott Wilkie. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about the service. Brilliant communication (both before and after delivery) and nothing too much trouble. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - the perfect transaction and service.
