Well where to start. Firstly we rocked up just before they closed. Met by the manager I believe- sorry I forget names so fast. Anyway he was brilliant. The machine to personalise the hat wasn't playing ball and he went above and beyond to make sure we went home happy and we didn't feel pushed out when it was closing time- had to work after closing to get it sorted for us. Lovely chap! Can't wait to come back

Didn't catch the blokes name in the store but he was amazing!!Me and my partner was after Chicago Cubs jerseys and they only had my size available. He told us the lids website had a sale on and we managed to pick them up plus a cap for the price of the Jersey in the store.Will definitely be popping in again!!!

Sizes are not exactly this what is on the label. Tried two hats same brand same size one was too lose other very snug fit. I was struggling to find right size. Not much help from staff. When finly found something which I believed was right I've been told they can bend the brim for me. What they didn't tell me is that it may change the way hat fits a.k. makes it more loose and since it is bent they I can't swap it as it is now customised". I ended up with hat which is too big for me. Very unhappy about the service and information provided by the staff."

A great shopping experience.The two guys working were both polite, funny and clearly know their stuff. Not at all pushy but were ready with suggestions, opinions and advice when asked.Sizing was pretty much guessed on sight and really accurate.Spoilt for choice with the selection and not just for hats!They have an embroidery machine in store, so really can have EXACTLY what you want.Prices are fair and quality is high. The sale section is definitely worth a look. You can grab yourself a real bargain.The shop is immaculately clean, with attention to detail highly apparent.
