Tech Clinic Beccles was recommended to me by a friend who recently had a repair to her iPad. My iPad mini4 required a replacement battery as it is about 6 years old and just not holding its charge. I contacted Liam for a quote. He confirmed the price which I thought was very reasonable & gave him the go ahead to order the part. Just about a week later he called me and advised the part was in & if I wished to pop over now (Sunday 11/9 lunch time) he could fit the replacement battery. I went over then and he completed the job in about 40 mins while I waited. A first class job done & iPad fully restored to effective working capacity. I really appreciated his call & help in this matter. Fantastic service... contacted at 1pm regarding an I pod touch screen replacement.... fixed and returned by 4.30 the same day! Lovely guy... excellent value. Can't recommend enough.

Had an appointment, today, to replace iPhone X battery. Received a very warm and friendly welcome from Liam who was both very professional and informative. The whole process took less than 1/2 an hour and the cost was amazing. I will be arranging to have a laptop repaired in the near future with TechClinic, would not go anywhere else. Liam, said 15-20 mins to change a battery on my iPhone se. Absolutely bang on. The best service I have had no matter what I have had repaired. The man knows his stuff he’s a wizard. 100% recommended to anyone.

Friendly service and good value. I took my phone in with a broken screen and Liam ordered one and kept me up to date as to when it was in, then when I took it in he took no time at all to fix it. Overall, a great place to get your tech sorted. Highly recommended.
