Skilled craftsman - professional and friendly.Pete is a skilled craftsman who is passionate about windows. That’s why he won the task of replacing the old single panes of glass in 14 very large sash windows in my mansion flat with double glazing.He and his friendly and super-helpful team repaired the sashes, unstuck windows which had been painted in and draughtproofed everything. Pete searched for a window ventilation replacement fan to replace the ugly electric one, moved pulleys so the kitchen windows matched and generally ensured the work was done to a high standard and on time.I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough and would be happy to be contacted (which I’ve not offered any workmen before!).Sent from my iPhone

We used Pete and team to overhaul 10 original sash windows in our Edwardian house. He gave us the most competitive price and did such a great job with a smile. Each sash was taken out, cords and window furniture replaced, draught proofed and reinstalled. The windows now open and close smoothly, are more secure and look great. We love the new satin glass in our bathroom window. The house definitely feels warmer too. Pete's son Charlie is part of the team - so lovely to see his passion for window restoration carrying on to the next generation.

The cord of our sash window broke on and I heard about Pete thru Google. He quickly emailed me back sending his son Charlie only a day later to repair both cords. Charlie was very puntual, friendly and efficient. It took him less than 1h to fix the window, and he replaced both cords with thicker ones letting us know that for our double glazed windows, we needed a thicker version of the cords we have already installed when we bought the house.Very fast response, professional service and good price. I will recommend Charlie and Pete’s services to anyone. And definitely contact them again if any other window or cords breaks. 5 stars!

WOW! I called these guys this morning having had a number of sash window ‘experts’ let me down.
