Was really nervous joining this group on my own - but so glad I eventually plucked up the courage! Everyone made me feel so welcome - we all have different fitness levels but encourage each other to do the best they can and push their own limits!Yes it’s hard work but we also laugh and have fun!I feel so much better in myself!

I’ve been trying to get myself into the gym, but could not find the motivation. I’ve been going to the gym on and off for 10 years and my issue has alway been motivation. So I thought I would try out the boot camp. It was the best decision I have ever made, the instructors gave me the motivation I need plus I’m really enjoying it. I would recommend any one looking to lose weight or just get healthier to join.

Amazing coaches. I have definitely enjoyed being part of bootcamp, maintained a good weight. Its been a great 1 year and am glad am still going. Thanks to Alex and Manny for all way pushing me. I have to say the end of the session is always best, as the feeling is great.

Love the outdoor workout setup. It’s fun, it’s challenging, and you get to do it natural setting, which you miss when you’re at the gym or indoor. And the best part is, Bootcamp provides all of the necessary weight equipments you need.
