Used this on my last day there,I rode through Hyde Park, on a great sunny day. Reasonably priced, and it wasn't hard to operate. Very easy to find docking stations.Just make sure when your done to check that the bike is clicked in. If I ever need a bike in London this will be what I use.

Machine wasn't working. Ate up my money, provided no receipt. When ringing up customer service, they refused to even investigate and ignore all complaint's. Avoid at all costs.

If you are visiting London during hot summer, renting a bike at Santander is a solid decision. If possible do it on Sunday when there's less ttaffic. English car drivers are soooo polite, so as a turist on the bike, one feels totaly safe. If you are from the contitnent not used to drive on the left side, be sure to follow a local and they'll get you through the crossings. Santander bikes are safe and well mantained.

Je conseille à tous les touristes de visiter Londres en vélo. Tarif attractif 2livres les 24h avec la première demie heure gratuite. Il y a des stations de vélos partout tres facilement localisablent via l'application qui vous donnera le nombre de velos disponibles. Tout est aménagé à Londres afin que l'on puisse se déplacer en sécurité et les londoniens sont habitués à faire attention aux deux roues. Attention à bien rouler sur la droite et respecter les signalisations !
