I went for an open MRI and the staff in there were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable, they continously reassured me that I would be fine and that I was in safe hands. They spoke with me throughout the whole MRI. I felt safe and so happy that I was able to do this with such great people.. Thank you to Sara and Juswin absolutely amazing.

MRI is a long process so it really important for the people carrying out the process to be kind helpful and understanding and that’s exactly what I got at European MRI center from Justin, Julian and Hanna. They kept me updated at each step of the process played my favourite music to keep me energised through the long process and always smiling which kept me relaxed. Will recommend them for all your MRI needs. The equipments very top notch so very comfortable.

I am very very claustrophobic and have had a number of MRI's which have been horrendous experiences but the mix of a very open scanner, nothing in front of my face and very good staff Julian and Juzwin and the others and I found the whole experience bearable to my astonishment. Highly recommend!

Manuel, Anna & Claudia were extremely calming, helpful and informative—just what I needed. I am quite nervous about any medical procedures but the lovely staff made every last effort to ensure that I was as relaxed as possible. I knew they did an especially amazing job when we got all the right scans on the first go. Would highly recommend & very grateful.

When I presented myself for the Open MRI Examination today I was deeply impressed by the sensitive way in which both Justin and Hana guided me through the impending procedure given my phobia for confined spaces. This helped me to successfully see the whole procedure through without any hiccups.Congratulations to them both.Well done!

Absolutely recommend this open MRI Centre. Yesterday they were very helpful and reassuring. They have an open MRI scanner for people who suffer with claustrophobia.

I had to have a mri on my back and i suffer with anxiety. They made me feel soo welcome especially Manuel and Aniqa; both amazing radiographers made me feel soo at ease by distracting me by playing some of my favourite music and not only that, they kept checking up on me which was comforting as pass experiance i have had soo many panic attcks due to the machine.

I went for my 2 hrs MRI and had JUSWIN AND SARA assisted me for my MRI, I must say it they were both very professional and helpful.Great experience overall.
