London Speech Workshop

I had a fantastic series of sessions with speech & vocal coach Tom Plenderleith at the London Speech Workshop. He explained the content and exercises for Effective Communication really well and gave concise and succinct feedback.Tom’s sessions were fun and engaging, and he created a relaxing and friendly environment for me to ‘attempt’ off the cuff speaking which I had been really nervous about. The exercises we did to practice the frameworks and features of effective communication were fun and different.As a result of working with Tom, I feel much more confident going into meetings and presentations at work, with the right tools and practice to help me not waffle and reduce the amount of times I say ‘um’!One of the things that I appreciated most was Tom’s ability to make the content of our sessions relevant to my specific needs. He took the time to understand my goals and challenges, and he tailored our work accordingly. He also had a great sense of humor, which helped to make the sessions even more enjoyable.
