Had to return an Amazon parcel today but as Amazon haven’t given them any bags I needed to cancel the return and redo it. The staff were really helpful and made sure I selected the right option to get my parcel sent off. Always a really lovely experience in the Post Office with excellent customer service

Extremely helpful today as always. 5 star customer service and transaction completed within two minutes.I needed to return an Amazon parcel but the new system wasn’t working as Amazon hadn’t provided enough bags to the post office. Not to worry though as they talked me through the alternative option and even completed the process for me. Highly recommended and thank you as always!

Used this post office a several times unfortunately I have had to be served by the Manager. She is totally rude and maybe she is authority drunk. I only use this post office as the last resort because that lady would start an argument by just looking in the mirror.

The staff always help with my ridiculous parcels!Went in this morning with motorbike leathers to post!We got there in the end between us and waiting for them to serve other customers.Apart from having to go to Alestree library to print my label, this is a great post office!Need an option to print please!

Staff are about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Tried to return an Amazon parcel just to be told I need to ‘claim back’ and then ask them for Royal Mail to do it as because they didn’t have any bags they couldn’t do it (whatever that means) When asked to clarify what they mean by claim back they just repeated exactly what they said before. Royal Mail collect from your home address now which is so much easier and things like this happening is why the post office will probably not exist in the not so distant future. I also found the staff rather condescending towards me.
