Kay was quick to respond to an enquiry made via webform, which led to me purchasing a replacement inner tube for my MTB. Really pleased with the price paid AND the offer to fit it to the wheel for just another £5 (which turned out not to be straightforward so invariably saved me much grief trying to do it myself!). Really excellent service. Thank you.

Cycle Sphere were great as they were the only cycling shop I spoke to who were willing to take a look at a turbo trainer I thought might be malfunctioning. They managed to fit it in even though they were really busy with bike servicing and came back to me with an in-depth overview of how it worked and explained they'd only been able to do limited work on it but that it should be fine. Can't fault these guys for their knowledge and professionalism and would thoroughly recommend. We'll be back when our bikes need servicing!

Wow! An awesome experience. We had an MTB tyre blow out in the middle of nowhere. Irreparable. Phoned these guys. Charming and helpful lady personally drove a replacement out to us. An Angel in disguise. Thank you!!

Had an problem with my freewheel leaving the bike unusable which was further compounded as the workshop was booked solid for three weeks, however they happily gave me the advise and confidence to tackle and fix the fault myself.They also give me a practical reasonably priced long term soultion should the fault re-occur without any pressure to commit.My last expereince of a bike shop (Not CycleSphere) was being given the hard sale to buy a brand new bike when I'd only gone in for something simple so it was a pleasant surprise to find there's still some great businesses out there where Customer Service comes first.

Great experience overall - had a completely flat tyre due to a blown up inner tube and I could drop in within the hour, collecting my bike by the evening! Excellent customer care - timely communication all the way through, very friendly service and always keen to provide advice and encourage people to take up cycling. We'll see you often!

Some bike-shop staff act like they're doing you a favour, just by being there. Not this place. Great service, trustworthy advice.
