I went in there with my mum to look at the new samsung galaxy z fold 3 and the z flip 3. The store is well set out. The staff member that was there was really friendly and helpful I enquired about the z fold 3 and the z flip 3 and the staff member that is there really helped me talking me through how much the contracts and the upfront costs are.

I have just visited this store and was actually talked out of upgrading my phone as it wouldn't be worth it, great marketing strategy and a loss of nearly a grand in business.

Nice store, friendly staff. Only issue was they were obviously under pressure to sell a petticular type of iphone and constantly pushing to attempt to sway you in favour of that phone, wasted a lot of time instead of listening properly to what I was asking. However once the message got through it was a pleasant process

Went to upgrade my phone. Website says open till. 8. Drove there to find they are closed why don't they update website. Wasted petrol.
