3 staff turned up to do the job and all were pleasant. The kitchen sink I had bought would not have fitted so the taps and drain baskets were changed. The work to fit a drain pipe to the bedroom sink was carried out. Unfortunately when the plumbers left we found that both sinks were leaking and had to call out Dyno. The plumber who came thought he had cured the problems but in fact they continued - I have since solved the problems myself. The morning after the work was completed I looked in the loft area through which the bedroom drain had been fitted, to find that all my insulation had been pulled back and my torch which had been used was still left turned on. I had explained that I could not access this area myself due to an operation on my back and was assured all the insulation had been replaced. These problems leave me with a bad feeling about the job which I accept was not an easy one but the problems left are basic jobs.

Came out to fix toilet leak, very friendly, quick and cheap.

Our insurance cover allocated Roger Little to our job. I got a call within an hour (approx 10am) to say that someone would be with me by 6pm..I then had no communication whatsoever from the compa bar me calling them at 4pm to be told that there would be someone with me by 6pm. Eventually someone rang me at about 8.30pm to say that they were on their way. I have used my own plumber now so had cancelled the job via AX. It doesn't take much to keep the customer updated. I would never use Roger Little.

Called them through our insurance. The first guy came 1.5 hours late and said that he's not here to do the repair but to quote and then he left.The second one said I need a new tap and wanted £180 plus the tap fee.All lies, all I needed was an o ring for the flexible hoseBunch of cowboys
