Chelsea really supported me when I was looking for a nanny job recently as becoming a nanny was a new experience for me.She was incredibly thorough and professional and helped me get a great new position!I absolutely recommend her.

Even though, we had change the preference for hours a lot of time , she was supportive. finally , we had received interest for our hours .In this learning curve of our first experience of recruiting a nanny, she has always been there . she is very responsive and keeps up-to-date with changes. very professional. I had a really sad experience from a Nanny perspective. I wish Chelsea was more clear about Trials and Cancellation Policies or had one in place to be sent to me as I asked.I had a massive financial loss due miscommunication as she used to communicate often through what’s app/ sms/ phone calls every time she needed to reach me promptly.My 24hrs trial in London was cancelled whilst I was driving from Cumbria to London - all expenses on myself - and everything was organised for a trial that magnitude therefore I did follow all Chelsea advices to comply with client demands.Lesson learned as I won’t do something this scale if the agency doesn’t send me a trial/ cancellation policy to read.Answering your reply:Sorry if you couldn’t reply my email over the weekend because you don’t work, sadly I am having to work over weekends now to try to recover my loss.I have spoken with some reputable Nanny Agencies about what happened and they agreed that in a trial that magnitude - 24hours including an overnight for a trial, all logistics in place, communication should be paramount especially when I WAS the one covering all the costs, sorry but 24 hrs notice is really NOT good enough for the type of trial we agreed.They also said: “General etiquette is that for interviews Nannies should expect to cover any costs associated with getting there, if the family then invites you to a trial, families should pay for your travel and accommodation”.They also reinforced “ You should be firm about this - you should never be spending your own money to go for a trial that a family requires as part of the hiring process”.

She presented us with several applicants, coordinated multiple zoom meetings, and connected us with the best nanny for our toddler during our international vacation. She was professional throughout the entire process and quick to respond to my questions. 10/10 recommend for your childcare needs!!!
